In addition to connecting these disparate service providers, ARCpoint empowers them with tools and services so that they can help Americans access and understand health and wellness care when and where they want, on a convenient, cost-effective basis. a message from the CEO

history

1998 - Felix Mirando, opens an independent lab in Greenville, SC offering drug and alcohol testing to small and medium-sized businesses.

2005 – Mr. Mirando creates ARCpoint Franchise and launches the first ARCpoint franchise locations in 2006.

2016 – ARCpoint franchise locations total 100 locations.

2017 - John Constantine joins ARCpoint to help evolve the Company’s direction and operations.

2018 - ARCpoint starts building out an ecommerce platform for consumer.

2021 - ARCpoint starts development of a foundational software platform for its direct-to-consumer business and allow for the processing of thousands of specimen types, increasing potential sales for the consumer clinical business.

2022 – ARCpoint becomes a public company in a reverse takeover (“RTO”) with RSI International Systems and begins trading on the TSXV.

2023 – ARCpoint launches rollout of new technology platform MyARCpointLabs (“MAPL”) as the operational tool for its franchisees and starts to create a healthcare ecosystem by integrating the first telehealth platform and independent pharmacies onto MAPL. By connecting telehealth doctors, diagnostic testing and pharmacy locations, this allows for the creation of virtual primary care and urgent care centers anywhere ARCpoint services can be accessed

2024 – August 20th, ARCpoint entered into an agreement with Any Lab Test Now, to combine the two companies franchise operations under CRESSO BRANDS LLC.

  • John Constantine

    CEO, PRESIDENT & DIRECTOR

    John Constantine is the Chief Executive Officer and President of the Company. He has been serving as the Chief Executive Officer of ARCpoint Franchise since November 2018.

  • Felix Mirando

    FOUNDER & DIRECTOR

    Felix Mirando is the founder of ARCpoint Franchise Group LLC and currently serves as Executive Vice President of ARCpoint Group. In addition, Mr. Mirando has helped launch a number of businesses, including Occupational Drug Screening, a drug, alcohol and clinical wellness clinic; and Blakely Enterprises, Inc., a franchisee of Heavenly Ham stores.

  • Jason Tong

    CFO

    Jason Tong has an extensive background in providing accounting, corporate advisory, strategic planning, and CFO services to a wide range of companies, both private and publicly traded. Over the course of two decades, he has held officer and directorship positions across various industries including technology, healthcare, finance, consumer goods, and mining.

  • David Keys

    INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR

    David Keys is an independent financial and operations consultant. His current engagements include financial and operational oversight of a substantial real estate holdings and development company, commercial ranch and farming operations and a large investment portfolio consisting of a number of start-up and early-stage companies.

  • Adam Ho

    CHAIR, VICE PRESIDENT, DIRECTOR

    Adam Ho has over 30 years’ experience in the public markets since beginning in the financial services industry as a financial advisor at a national, independent financial services firm. Since 2006, he has provided board, management, corporate development and communications services to early-stage companies with a focus on public issuers. In addition to acting as the chair of the ARCpoint board, Adam has served on numerous other public board of directors. 

  • Zelong (Roger) He

    INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR

    Zelong He is a finance and accounting professional with over 10 years’ experience in diverse areas of assurance, accounting, corporate finance and capital markets, including extensive experience in seeking growth capital from overseas institutions. Mr. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter holder.
