“Connecting virtual and brick & mortar businesses to create a cash based healthcare ecosystem”
-John Constantine
Through its wholly-owned MyARCpointLabs (“MAPL”) technology platform, ARCpoint connects virtual healthcare providers, such as telehealth platforms, with physical “brick and mortar” service providers such as diagnostic testing labs, collection sites and pharmacies. This creates a cash-based, health and wellness care ecosystem. In addition to connecting these disparate service providers, ARCpoint empowers them with tools and services so that they can help Americans access health and wellness care when and where they want, on a cost-effective basis, outside of a bloated insurance-based traditional healthcare system.
At the most basic level, the majority of primary and urgent care interactions are about a medical professional interpreting patient information to arrive at a diagnosis and then recommending any necessary treatment. (e.g. writing a prescription) Cash-based telehealth providers have become an important part of US healthcare in terms of helping reduce the load on an overburdened system that is largely driven by insurance and offering patients more convenient access options. However, many telehealth providers do not have a direct way to order diagnostic testing for their patients. Clearly, this can affect the care and solutions they can deliver to patients.
CRESSO
ARCpoint also owns 29.5% of CRESSO Brands LLC, a national franchisor of direct to consumer (“DTC”) diagnostic testing labs. CRESSO currently operates two brands, Any Lab Test Now and ARCpoint Franchise Group, with approximately 365 total locations across the United States. MAPL is CRESSO’s operating system of choice, which provides ARCpoint with monthly subscription and ongoing transaction fees from CRESSO franchisees as well as participation in CRESSO franchisee royalties and other business operations.
The Company collects monthly subscription fees from ecosystem services providers who use MAPL to connect, interact, and serve ecosystem customers. Service providers include direct to consumer (“DTC”) diagnostic testing lab locations, telehealth providers, independent pharmacies and other healthcare adjacent businesses, such as gyms, fitness centers and nutrition stores. The Company also receives transaction fees when ecosystem service providers and patients order diagnostic tests and use value-added services, such as telehealth doctor consultations.
In addition to the hundreds of CRESSO Brands locations, consumers can access the ARCpoint ecosystem through approximately 2,000 Quest Diagnostics locations across the United States. ARCpoint is continuously striving to expand its ecosystem by adding more virtual and physical access points with the goal that all Americans will have convenient access to the ecosystem’s cost-effective primary and urgent healthcare services.
ARCpoint’s Integration and
Connectivity Model.
-
All Cash.
Insurance adds costs to patients, complexity to billing, and delays to reimbursement. With ARCpoint’s all cash-based business model, we are streamlining the entire healthcare ecosystem.
-
Local Labs.
Through ARCpoint’s joint venture with Cresso Brands, ARCpoint has access to close to 400 patient facing labs that provide the highest quality in customer service and speed. Not to mention access to thousands of diagnostic tests from dozens of different lab partners. Additionally, through a partnership with Quest Diagnostics, ARCpoint is able to connect patients with 1000’s of phlebotomy centers if an ARCpoint or AnyLabTestNow is not convenient.
-
Usable Data.
Post-test, MAPL enables patients to access, understand and manage health data. Through the development of an innovative AI, large language model, and avatar system that is currently in development, ARCpoint will be helping improve the workflow of telehealth providers by educating their patients in advance of the visit.
-
The Ecosystem Integration.
Healthcare interactions are three things; a practitioner, reviewing Lab results and healthcare data, to provide an outcome or a recommendation. With MAPL technology, we combine those three services all with the purpose of improving the services provided by our healthcare partners.
